My work as a Bristol-based wedding photographer is a mix of digital and analogue photography because I love the texture, character and nostalgia that film brings. I try to bring this feeling into everything I do, creating images that feel honest, timeless and full of personality.

Although my weddings are mostly photographed digitally, once the party gets going there’s a good chance I’ll appear with a little ‘90s point-and-shoot camera in hand. Those flash-lit, slightly chaotic party photos have become something of a signature. Full of energy, movement and emotion, they’re often some of my couples’ favourite images from their wedding gallery.

More than anything, I want you to feel like you’ve invited a professional friend with a camera rather than hired a supplier. My approach to wedding photography is relaxed, documentary-led and focused on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds—the happy tears, the belly laughs, the questionable dance moves and all the ordinary moments in between.

When you look back at your wedding photographs in ten or twenty years’ time, I don’t just want you to remember how your wedding looked. I want you to remember exactly how it felt.
